.. best year ever is here at last ..
I´v decided a long time ago that this year will be the best year – ever ..
Two year in a row with more then 330,000 hits (375,000 & 333,000 ) make me believe that my goal this year is possible to reach – these last few month I´v not been able to produce as much as I wanted – but this year I will try to keep focus on this and hopefully give you loads of materials well worth looking at and also well worth reading ..
The best is yet to come – and I´m sure it already started due to statistics – more then 28,000 hits already …

.. a Merry & still keeping high numbers …
I´m blessed with loads of visitors to this blogpage and also to my other pages at my mainpage – this year as well my blog ”wordet” has been passing over 300,000 hits !!
Last year it stopped at just over 375,000 hits! so when these high numbers was achieved again it bring me a great deal of joy .. , this year or actually these last months has been full of other projects taking time from me writing here but hopefully I will be able to do so a bit more often in the future – and I can assure that there will be some exciting things to write about .. more about that in the future.
Now it´s just a few days from Christmas so I wish for you a merry .. in advance but perhaps I´ll get back before New Year …

Special to me – or to you? I guess that´s your choice
.. lately I´v been producing a few of my most inspirational shots ever .. just a few straw of grass turned into something else along the way , where or when this happened I really don´t know , but somewhere along this shooting something changed …
I think that I realized that I was on to something that I really liked … it all turned out to be a couple of prints that has been framed and actually, I´m so so satisfied … turned out brilliant and now I´m updating my web page in order to let you see what I´v achieved ..
Simplicity is something that most people like – perhaps to much noise out there …

.. long lost friend …
.. yesterday was that day again .. almost everyone think about long lost friends or family missing from our surroundings , some ”up there” and some just vanished from our lifes .. Why? .. some people disappear to soon …
Some things is just not possible to change even after a really long time – it´like time has made it permanent and no longer changeable no matter what … but everything is possible to change if you´r willing to make a change.
So .. if you like someone – tell them .. if you hate someone – listen to what they really say .. and if you don´t care , shape up and get your act together!
This is as a tribute to my long lost friend …

.. playing with fire ..
.. I´v been playing with fire .. words can be very powerful but sometimes can those words never told or said be the strongest and therefore sadly never spoken .. some things are not that easy to express or just to do .. sometimes time and moment must be wisely chosen … without knowing where to start you never know where it all ends up .. guess the path is full of short-cuts but there is no way to rush some things … sometimes You have to read between the lines as well ..
Photo wise it all started with an idea of a graphical shot with a few straw of grass and it ended up with a full series of images called ”Lines” in some occasions looking like it is on fire …
Simple and plain .. or is there anything in between the lines?

.. new theme – ”what I like ..”
..the theme this week in the Phototriplet is easy – just do what you like … well , actually not that easy as you might think … easy to know what you like but harder to show …
These days the fall is here and sometimes the weather is´t that splendid so what you can do is to take the fall inside – and shoot it with a twist – the fall is very artful so I try to combine colours, shapes , crop , leaves and petals in order to create my fall , perhaps a bit artsy but it all comes down to shape and form … simplicity as it best but so hard to achieve - this is what I like – so I hope you might like it as well …
It´s a combined triplet and competition this week as well so if I´m lucky enough I will get a prize from Coolstuff – the store with everything …

.. nature is full of lovely patterns – sometimes even I see them and try to do something to increase it , sometimes it really works well …
.. the pattern is really graphical in my opinion and I really like it – so what about you? like or dislike?
Anyway I guess I will continue this series after these first attempt , perhaps even make a bigger print out of one of these ..

.. as it looks like where I am .. new theme ..
..easy theme this week in the phototriple , just shoot as it is … the theme is ” as it looks like where I am ” not to hard actually if it was´t for the weather … rain .. wind .. and pretty cold .. or actually I have not get used to these conditions yet – ask me later on when the temperature is 13 degrees below and I will say ” excellent weather today ” …
So due to weather and leaves I went to the forest , the forest is great as a protector from the wind as well as the rain .. and in this season the forest is just great colour wise …

.. to sell or not to sell …
To sell or not to sell is a question that most photographers has to deal with sooner or later … what´s my shot worth? How much should I ask for? Am I too cheap or too expensive?
I have come to a conclusion that´s working for me … it´s a matter of decision – guess I just have to decide without thinking in terms of what other might think or feel .. these are my shots , these are my feelings , these are my images produced all for a certain reason. Maybe the reason is just for my own amusement but still , I don´t feel like giving them away for free or too cheap – all these shots are a part of me .. from different time in life, different places , different people that had affect on my shots .. how to put a dollar to that??
Hopefully a few buyers will put a dollar a two in my purse … some of my shots can be licensed through Getty Images

… out of ideas .. not ..
… I was asked – How do you do it?? and I had to think for a while .. about what? I said ..
- your shots … how do you get your ideas and how do you decide what to shoot??
.. sometimes it´s there , the idea is pin sharp and you know instantly how to proceed with the image but sometimes they stuck inside and won´t let go until you figured it out …
Some ideas are time-consuming and take forever to achieve … but loads of fun when aiming for the outcome.
Some ideas is possible to do inside without many props , but the best ideas is also the hardest to accomplish … therefore – what I want to do the most … I have a few ideas again but feel in the same time the absence of really great ideas that´s not to expensive to fulfil , give me a hint if you have a good idea for a shot – and maybe you can be in it as well?
These shots posted here is shots from a day when weather was really poor and I wanted to learn about my new flashes , the rose is from the serie ” the loved once ”
I keep struggle with my stupid but fun ideas until I change my mind.
